    SPACE!

I got all excited about the possibility of seeing the shuttle launch and geeked out (or Wired out) about tons of space related things today:

  • Nasa on Twitter
  • 8 Wierd Pieces of Space Junk including the $100,000 tool bag, Gene Roddenberry’s (creator of Star Trek) ashes and oddly enough, a spatula.
  • 5 of the Worst Space Launch Failures
  • Space Station Webcam Goes Live
  • Kepler Telescope Launch Successful
  • Martian Volcano Could Be Reservoir for Life (how weird does that sound?)
  • NASA’s Carbon Satellite Fails
  • Various covers of The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury

    Another amazing photo of Mars.
