Whitney Dail shares the same DNA as stardust. She spends most of her time daydreaming about the universe and anything sixties Space Age, riding her bike (and scooter) often, researching and staying informed about current issues in contemporary art, and watching pro-cycling road races. I know everyone’s worried if we have enough books. We would like to say yes but we don’t have a whole lot left. In order to make it fair to everyone, we will launch the online sales on 12 pm Pacific Time Monday the September 22nd. (via)
I have a feeling that by the time I get paid next Friday the book will be sold out and I will have missed the boat. That thought terrifies me.
This is better than we expected… I mean… we were expecting A LOT from this book after so much love and passion went into this but oh boy, it looks sooo nice. Has a had crafty feel… every single pieces of beautiful art work is carefully spot vernished… This book will be available for online sales shortly after the auction event tomorrow. Take a stroll in Totoro Forest!
I’m counting down the days until I can buy the Totoro Forest Project publication. Anticipation has me worried it will run out before I can buy one. Tickets for the event sold out in two days!
This is pretty incredible. The event will be held at Pixar’s studios on September 6th. I wish I could be present and I certainly hope I can get my hands on the publication of all of the art that was produced for this fundraiser. What a marvelous cause! I got chills when I read this.
